How the business expense calculation works
Business expenses are the costs a company pays to operate its business. These can include rent, salaries, utilities, marketing, software subscriptions and other regular operating costs. The calculator adds your monthly expenses to estimate your total monthly and annual business costs.
Business expense formula
Annual Expenses = Total Monthly Expenses × 12
Example
If your business spends SAR 5,000 on rent, SAR 8,000 on salaries, SAR 1,000 on utilities and SAR 2,000 on other expenses each month, your total monthly expense is SAR 16,000. Your estimated annual expense would be SAR 192,000.
